Open Forum was in Gaziantep and Şanlıurfa on November 28, 2008 and in Erzurum on December 4th, 2008. The theme of the forum in Gaziantep was “Social Integration of the migrants and Life Stratregies of the City”. The representatives from municipality, governorate and NGOs, attended the forum. 49 participants were ready in Diyarbakır for “Migration and Social Problems of Women” which was held on January 30, 2009.


In Erzurum 20 representatives from different institutions discussed about migration and basic migration concepts. Şanlıurfa forum was focused on “Migration and Social Problems of Women” just like Diyarbakır. This forum, moderated by Yıldız Tokmak, focused on women’s
